Description
Vintage c1940 16 Patch Quilt measuring 72×80″. Comprised of 42 blocks, 7.5 by 7.5 inches, set straight, 6 by 7, with a 3″ red dot print sashing and blue with pink feed sack print cornerstones. There is a 3 inch scrappy half square triangle inner border and a 2 inch solid green outer border. There is thin cotton batting and a solid green reverse. The edge is finished with an applied green fabric binding. It is machine pieced and hand quilted. It is in good condition with minor edge wear. Quilt it believed to be from Kansas.
