Description
2 Vintage Quilts includes a c1950s Bow Tie quilt measuring 67 by 79 inches. It is comprised of 195 blocks, 5.5 by 5.5 inches, set straight, 13 by 15. It is hand pieced and hand quilted. There is medium loft, lumpy batting and a blue print reverse. The edge is finished with an applied blue binding. It is in fair condition with fading, spots and 2 small splits along an edge. Along with a c1920 Drunkards Path quilt measuring 69 by 75 inches. Comprised of 342 blocks, 3.5×3.5″, set straight, 18 by 19. It is hand pieced and hand quilted. Thin cotton batting and an off white cotton reverse the edge is finished with a tiny flower print fabric binding. It is in fair condition with overall toning, spots, and fading.
