5 Pieces of Antique Bird Fabrics, mostly Chintz. Includes 17×18″ Everglaze Chintz with pheasant and palm tree chintz. 32″ (selvage) x16″ pheasant and palm tree chintz. 12×13″ pre 1830 chintz with bird and flowers, block printed. 12×18″ chintz, block printed with birds on branch and butterflies. And 24″ (selvage) by 20″ madder cotton print with birds and butterflies and flowers. All in good condition with minor discolorations, please see photos for other imperfections. From the Estate of Bobbie Aug. Bobbie Aug was a well known and regarded quilt historian, author, appraiser, and quilter for over a half a century. She was also an antique quilt dealer and quilt store co- owner and judge. Most notable is her work on the American Quilter’s Society Quilt Appraiser Certification Committee and her early involvement in the Professional Association of Appraisers-Quilted Textiles.
