Antique Patchwork Collar and More. The group includes 1 antique/vintage patchwork childrens collar made from an old quilt top featuring many period fabrics and embellished with a geometric hand crocheted trim and a milk glass button closure. Laying flat the piece measures 14” x 10” and we believe it was made sometime in the 1940s. In fair condition with fading, popping, and several fabrics going fugitive, and toning and spots on the crocheted trim. 1 vintage c1980 homemade clothes pin holder in the shape of a baby’s onesie in shades of dusty blue and apricot printed cotton, it measures 9.5” x 10” long. In good condition.1 vintage c1980 handmade tapered fabric belt featuring a modern sun burst like design in a mix of fabrics and trims. It measures 6” x 54” and is in good condition with a few spots on the back of the belt. From the Estate of Bobbie Aug. Bobbie Aug was a well known and regarded quilt historian, author, appraiser, and quilter for over a half a century. She was also an antique quilt dealer and quilt store co- owner and judge. Most notable is her work on the American Quilter’s Society Quilt Appraiser Certification Committee and her early involvement in the Professional Association of Appraisers-Quilted Textiles.
