Description
Group of 3 Vintage and Antique Textiles-Egyptian and More. The group includes 1 antique possibly c1860’s woven paisley shawl fragment that has been cut into a triangle featuring colorful designs in classic Indian motifs and hand embroidered accents. It measures 42” by 30” by 27” and is in fair/poor condition with no remaining fringe, fading, and quite a few holes. A vintage Egyptian made pillowcase featuring primitive appliques on thick canvas of a figure holding a branch. The back of the piece has a red corded cotton case with a 3 button closure. It measures 21” long by 17” wide. It is in fair condition with fading and toning. 1 vintage woven rayon tablecloth featuring mosques and muslin themes in shades of white, yellow, blue, and green on a peach ground. As well as a 12” long knotted fringe border in yellow and peach. The piece measures 33” wide by 33” high and is in good/fair condition with a few spots and matted fringe.
