Description
Vintage c1940 Patriotic Overall Sam Quilt in mostly red, white, and blue fabrics. It measures 68×85″. It is comprised of 20 Overall Sam blocks, 11×11″, set straight, 4 by 5, with a 7.25″ wide blue, red, and blue triple sashing and 9 patch cornerstones. There is thin cotton batting and w white cotton reverse. The edge is finished with an applied red fabric binding. It is machine pieced, hand appliqued, hand embroidered and hand quilted. It is in fair condition with some spots, minor fading, and the binding is loose in one corner and worn in other areas. If you have any doubt, please ask questions!
