2 Antique quilts including an 1890 Thrifty Pattern Quilt, 74×78″, hand and machine pieced, and hand quilted. Thin cotton batting, and a fabulous black paisley on beige reverse. In fair condition with spots, and some fabric thinning, small areas of wear and holes. Binding may be newer. Along with an 8 Pointed Star quilt, c1880s, 76×76″. Hand pieced and hand quilted. Medium loft cotton batting and red gingham reverse. In poor condition with overall, toning, spots, edge wear, and fabric deterioration. From a Wisconsin Collector.
