Description
2 Antique c1890s quilts. Includes a Jacob’s Ladder quilt in double pink and shirting, 63×77″, hand pieced and hand quilted. Cotton batting and a floral print reverse. In fair condition with major fading in the fold lines and edges. Along with a Bowtie Quilt in claret, 68×76″, hand pieced and hand quilted. Thin cotton batting and an off white reverse. Also in fair condition with fading in a fold line, and one of the claret fabrics has faded lighter than the other, over time. Minor edge wear. From a Wisconsin Collector.
