Ladies Evening Dress c1980- Victor Costa. This fabulous sz 12 Victor Costa dress looks like it walked right off the set of Dynasty. Featuring an off the shoulder, long sleeve chocolate brown velvet bodice and a brown satin faux wrap skirt, and a zip closure at the back. Made in the USA. In good condition with some spots from deodorant in the armpit areas. If you have any doubt, please ask questions!
