Ladies Long Sleeve Dress c1990. This cobalt blue dress features long sleeves. zip back closure, and a scalloped collar. Maker and fabric content unknown(possibly rayon). Measurements laying flat: bust 24”, sleeves 20”, length 43”. In fair condition with some fading and brown spots on the bust. If you have any doubt, please ask questions!
