Antique off white cotton ladies petticoat, hand made, with hand embroidery and Valenciennes Lace. In fair condition with lots of spots and some tears in the lace. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $10 is a domestic shipping estimate. I will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy.
