Description
c1910 Red School House Quilt, 68 by 84 inches, hand pieced and hand quilted. Along with a 1940 blue Schoolhouse quilt, 61 by 80 inches, hand pieced and hand quilted. Quilt pattern is a unique construction for the schoolhouse, almost like a barn. Quilt also uses a seersucker as well as feed sack fabric.
Condition report:
Red Schoolhouse quilt is in poor condition with fading, overall toning, overall edge wear, lots of spots and discolorations, holes and wear, and several red patch repairs. The Blue Schoolhouse quilt is also in poor condition with overall toning, spots, holes, fabric deterioration, edge wear and other imperfections. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $35 is a domestic shipping estimate for first quilt and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple quilts for your convenience and economy.
