Description
Antique c1860 Robbing Peter to Pay Paul Quilt worked in a purple print and a white shirting. It measures 71 by 77 inches. It is comprised of 132 blocks, set straight 11 by 12. It is hand pieced, and hand quilted, with outline quilting following the curves and parallel line filler through the open areas. There is thin cotton batting and a plain off white cotton reverse. The edge is finished with a narrow applied light binding.
Condition report:
It is in good condition with a few small spots, minor discoloration and fugitive purple found mostly along edges. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $30 is a domestic shipping estimate for first quilt and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple quilts for your convenience and economy.
