Exceptional pair of reverse appliqué mola panels featuring bold triangular compositions arranged in cruciform patterns, each triangle filled with distinctive serrated botanical motifs and flanked by geometric corner elements. The design is framed by a sophisticated Greek key border pattern executed in orange and grey. Worked in three layers of maroo, orange, and grey cotton, achieved through reverse appliqué, appliqué, and fine hand embroidery throughout. Dense parallel running-stitch quilting defines the ground fabric with exceptional bilateral symmetry and masterful color sequencing.
