Complete Guna mola blouse featuring a finely worked reverse appliqué and appliqué front and back panel set into a floral-printed cotton yoke in turquoise, pink, and yellow, with gathered short sleeves, a black horizontal band with turquoise rick-rack accent at the panel junction, and a floral printed cotton hem. The mola panels present three large stylized implement or ladle forms — each consisting of a rounded vessel body below and an elongated hooked handle above — arranged across the panel in bilateral symmetry on a deep rose-red ground. Each vessel body is filled with tightly nested concentric oval and rectangular forms in pink, orange, yellow, blue, green, and purple, individually colored and densely embroidered with multicolored dash fills. The connecting stems and hook forms are outlined in black with multiple color reveals in orange, mint, and yellow. Side borders carry vertical multicolored dash fields. The stitching throughout is fine and consistent, with tight turns around complex curved edges. Worked in three layers of red, black, orange, yellow, pink, blue, and green cotton.
