Description
1880-1940s Bow Tie Potholder Quilt measuring 56 by 76 inches. It is comprised of 130 potholder blocks, 5.5 by 5.5 inches, set straight, 10 by 13. Each block is an individual little quilt with the reverse being another Bow Tie block. It is hand pieced, hand quilted with thin cotton batting. Each block has an indigo print binding around all 4 sides.
Condition report:
It is in fair condition with several fabrics deteriorating, several seams need to be re-stitched, and minor discoloration. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $30 is a domestic shipping estimate for first quilt and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple quilts for your convenience and economy.
