Blue sheath dress from Vivo by Susan Thomas for Franklin Simon in New York. The dress features bands of tan and black stripes along the length and width of the dress. A few spots on the dress along the front and A back zipper. Laid flat: Length: 36″, Shoulders: 14″, Bust: 17.5″, and Waist: 18″. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $20 is a domestic shipping estimate for the first lot and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy. Each additional lot we can pack in the same box is $5-10 each.
