Description
Vintage c1930 Medallion Tulip Quilt measuring 70 by 87 inches. It is comprised of 5 long stemmed pink tulips in the center in a mirror image, with groups of tulips in the corners and along the sides. There is a 6 inch triple border of white, green, and white along all 4 sides. It is machine pieced, hand appliquéd, and hand quilted. The appliqué and quilting is very fine. There is thin cotton batting and a white cotton reverse. The edge is finished with an applied green binding.
