Description
Antique c1870 Log Cabin Quilt Top finished in c1950 measuring 69 by 79 inches. It is comprised of 72 blocks, 9 by 9 inches, set straight, 8 by 9. It is hand and machine pieced, and hand quilted. Thin cotton batting and a wonderful bright paisley print reverse. The edge is finished with an applied paisley print binding. Fabrics include many wool challis, wool suiting, some silk and other fabrics.
