Description
Vintage c1940 Grandmother’s Flower Garden Quilt measuring 62 by 76 inches it is comprised of 1.25 inch hexagons. There are 28 complete rosettes each with a yellow center surrounded by 2 rounds of fabric, mostly print, some plaids and stripes, followed by a garden path of white with green triangular shape units separating it intersections, creating a star like motif. It is hand pieced and hand quilted. Thin cotton batting and an off white cotton reverse. The edge is finished with an applied green fabric binding.
Condition report:
In good condition with several small discolorations and a small seam needs to be re-stitched. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $30 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance.
