Description
Vintage c1940 Grandmothers Flower Garden Quilt measuring 59 by 73 inches. It is comprised of .75 inch hexagons. There are 53 rosettes, each with a yellow center, followed by 2 rounds of print fabrics, followed by a round of solid white, and separated by a green garden path. Partial blocks are used to set the quilt. It is hand pieced and hand quilted. Thin cotton batting and an off white cotton reverse. The edge is finished knife edge style, by hand.
Condition report:
It is in good condition with a few spots and discolorations, a dark one in one corner. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $30 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance.
