Description
Antique c1890 Wool Log Cabin Tied Quilt in a Barn Raising Arrangement. It measures 84×86″. It is comprised of 100 blocks, 8.5×8.5″, set straight, 10 by 10. It is hand pieced and hand tied. It was pieced on a foundation, there is no batting, and there is a pieced Bars reverse. The edge is finished with an applied red fabric binding.
Condition report:
In fair condition with small holes, typical of wool, and small spots. There is also one red bar missing from the reverse. I red fabric was found folded in the quilt, it is think, but we are including in case you wish to conserve the quilt. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $30 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy.
