Description
Vintage c1930 String Star Quilt on a solid yellow background with purple triangle star setting. It measures 64 by 90 inches. 18 blocks, measuring 8 inches along one hexagon side, are set on point, and staggered, 4 by 5. There are partial setting blocks. There is a 2 inch solid purple inner border and a 2.5 inch solid yellow outer border. It is hand and machine pieced, and hand quilted. Thin cotton batting and off white cotton reverse. The edge is finished with an applied purple bias tape binding.
Condition report:
It is in good condition with just a few small spots. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $30 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance.
