Description
7 Vintage Cross Stitched Runners and Mats. There are 7 vintage runners and mats that are included in this lot with each having cross stitching and the majority having phrases on them. There is a small mat with a flower basket and the words A Cheery Smile Makes Life Worthwhile. The flowers and words are cross stitched and the edges are crochet lace. A mat with crochet lace edging and God Bless America My Sweet Home embroidered with red cross stitching. There is a bald eagle and crest on the piece as well. A mat with The House On The Side Of The Road with a blend of red and black cross stitching to create the house, words, borders, and trees. The edges are crochet lace. Another mat has the lines from Sam Walter Foss’ poem with the words Let Me Live In The House By The Side Of The Road And Be A Friend To Man. There is a blend of red, blue, black, green, and orange cross stitching on the piece and it has crochet lace edging. The last mat included has the words Dear House, you’re really very small — Just Big enough for Love — that’s all cross stitched on it. There is a house and a couple that are cross stitched as well and the edges are crochet lace. The last two pieces included are cross stitched runners. There is one runner with green cross stitching of flowers and it is hemstitched. The other runner is hemstitched as well and it has blue cross stitching of flowers. All of the pieces included are linen and they are in good condition. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $15 is a domestic shipping estimate for the first lot and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy. Each additional lot we can pack in the same box is $5-10 each.
