Description
Vintage Applique Tablecloth Set – Banquet. The banquet tablecloth set includes a large vintage linen tablecloth that measures 168″x64″ and 23 napkins. The tablecloth features a wide spanning nature scene through the usage of applique. Flowers, leaves, stems, and smaller details are emphasized with the usage of applique and embroidery. The borders are a mint green and their shapes are reminiscent of waves and mounts on classical buildings. Geometric cutwork can be seen in several areas with rows being placed in between flower beds. There is a vast collection of bright colors that are used to create the flowers we see with varying shades of pink, yellow, blue, and green being used primarily. The piece has a few holes with one main one on its body and a few slight rips along the edges. The 23 matching linen napkins that are included all features a green leaf with a small white flower in one corner. There is some applique for a small green border as well. Most are in good condition but there are some spots, toning, and a few rips on several pieces. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
