Description
A collection of twelve Southwestern Native American style sterling silver gemstone rings. The rings are primarily crafted from silver-tone metal, with one ring appearing gold-tone and another featuring a bi-metallic design. Several pieces are visibly marked “925,” indicating sterling silver, often accompanied by partially obscured maker’s marks. One Shube Dakota Weast Leopard Jasper Ring, hallmarked, and 925. One gold-tone ring is distinctly marked “925” and “BARSE.” The rings display a variety of styles, ranging from bold statement pieces set with large opaque cabochons in shades of purple, green, brown, and patterned white, to more minimalist band rings featuring colored inlays in blue, yellow, pink, and dark tones. Cabochon materials include solid stones, some exhibiting natural veining or chatoyancy, such as a tiger’s eye-like stone, and one ring incorporates small pink mother-of-pearl accents. The collection also includes a ring with two purple cabochons forming a bow-like design and another with a ribbed bezel setting.
