Tulip Feather Medallion Quilt is 81×81″. This is a version of picture of quilt from Feather with Flowers from the Fons & Porter book, Quilts from the Henry Ford and inspired by a tulip cross block c.1865 Pennsylvania, pictured in Classic Crib Quilts and How to Make them, Thos. Woodard and Blanche Greenstein. Ellen used mostly 19th century reproduction prints. It is machine pieced, machine appliqued, and machine quilted. The quilt is in excellent condition with excellent workmanship. The quilt is signed and dated 2013 by Ellen Rosenbach on the reverse. Please see the About This Auction for her story!
