Description
Indigo Hearts Wreath Reproduction Quilt inspired by “Hearts All Around”, 1850’s, unknown maker, pictured in “American Quilts and How to Make Them” and displayed at the Howell House in Germantown, PA. The quilt measures 75×75″ and is machine appliqued, machine pieced, and machine quilted. It was finished in 2017. Ellen’s version has an undulating vine border with heart shaped leaves mimicking the blocks, and Prairie Points along the edges. The quilt is in excellent condition with very good workmanship.
