Mens Assorted Swatch Books. There are 6 swatch books and one paper which contains about 270 pieces of silk swatches. On a page, there are 3 swatches which depicts a polo player. horse shoes, and bats. In a solo box titled Mens Tie Jacquards, Convo All Eras, there are about 50 swatches between the pages. These swatches are conversational and novelty silk designs. Some of the patterns that are featured are early airplanes, Santa, anchors, horse shoes, umbrellas, and more with the swatches primarily being dark colors. A small book called Mens Ties and Vest covers about 40 swatches from the 19th and 20th centuries. They are jacquards, art deco, geometrics, and more in terms of design. Most pieces are grouped individually with some grouped with the same design but in different colors. Included as well are about 10 swatches in a book called Micro Jacquards which contains Victorian silks from Europe. There are only a few pieces in this book but each are notable. With about 70 swatches, there is the book labeled as Mens Ties which covers the early 20th century and more particularly the 20s, 30s, and 40s. These are silk jacquards which are noted to be textured and they are French and German. The last two books that are included each has about 50 swatches inside of them and covers Mens Ties and Vest. One book features swatches that are ditzy and conversational in design while also being Victorian. There are some in that book as well that has florals. The last book that is included are for Men’s Ties and Vests and it covers the 19th and 20th centuries. There are single jacquards, every swatch is silk, and they are French and German. The pieces contains some geometric and art deco designs. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $30 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance.
