Description
Antique c1890 Washington Sidewalk Variation Quilt measuring 72 by 87 inches. It is comprised of 30 pieced blocks, 9 by 9 inches, set on point, 5 by 6, with red print alternating squares and setting triangles. There is a 1.5 inch novelty print shirting with horseshoes inner border and a 2.5 inch red print outer border. It is hand pieced and hand quilted. Thin cotton batting and an off white cotton reverse. The edge is finished with the back brought to the front, applied by hand. Color placement create “H” or “I” blocks. It is in good condition with some spots and small discolorations. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $30 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy.
