2 1930s Silk Evening Gowns. The lot includes 2 full length sleeveless silk evening gowns from the 1930s. Featuring a sage green bias cut silk gown in a variegated tulip pattern with a cowl neckline, celery green acetate satin straps at the back with a bow accent. Laying flat it measures: Bust: 16”, Waist: 16”, Front Length: 63″, Back Length 70”. In fair condition with discolorations, a small hole in the back hem, a loose bow, and some wear near the waist. Also included is a full length cream silk gown in a printed floral pattern with a V neckline, pleated shoulders, a uniquely pieced skirt, pleated trim, and olive green silk accents. Laying flat it measures: Bust: 18”, Waist: 13.5”, Length: 57.5”. In fair condition with toning and fading to the print. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
