2 1950s Black Dresses. The lot includes 2 little black dresses from the 1950s. Featuring a short sleeved black nylon dress by Miss Deb, Montreal with a scoop neckline, fitted bodice, three quarter length with an A line shaped skirt embellished with 2 sheer black pleated flounces with a black velvet ribbon accent, and a metal zip closure at the back. Laying flat the dress measures: Bust 15”, Shoulders: 15”, waist: 12”, sleeves: 7”, Length: 43”. The dress is in fair condition with the bow accent needing re-attaching and a tear on the bottom flounce of the skirt. Also included is a black linen blend shirt waist dress by L’Aiglon featuring a wide scoop neckline, three quarter length sleeves, a pointed piecing at the hip, a full circle skirt, buttons at the front, and a metal zip side closure. Laying flat the dress measures: Bust: 15”, Shoulders: 14”, Waist: 12”, Sleeves: 10”, Length: 44”. The dress is in good/fair condition with a small tear and split seam on the right underarm and a missing waist tie. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
