Description
Vintage c1930 Drunkards Path Quilt – Purple and off white sateen fabrics. It measures 67 by 89 inches. Comprised of 154 blocks, 6×6″, with half in the pinwheel shape and half and the snowball shape, set straight, 11 by 14. It is hand pieced and hand quilted. Thin cotton batting and a purple cotton reverse, also sateen. The edge is finished with an applied solid purple fabric binding. It is in good condition with just a few small spots. The quilt is believed to of been made by Saphronia Eastus Wiswell from LaGrange. Illinois. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
