Vintage black and silver Assiut shawl featuring black cotton netting or mesh adorned with woven silver strips in a diamond pattern. Silver embellishments add considerable heft to this beautifully crafted shawl. In good condition overall, though slight oxidation is visible on the silver. No holes are noted, at least one area where silver strip has come loose, see photo. Dimensions measure 88 x 44 inches. Please see the photos for details.
