Description
This hat is a vintage 1930s black felt circle with a back band and bow. Accentuated by a blue-gray ribbon, velvet flowers, and a blue-gray feathered bird. Also features a netted veil adding a delicate detail. Label inside reads ‘Santa Barbara California Creation.’ In good condition. Previously part of a collection that rented to the entertainment industry. Restoration may have done but with period materials and skilled workmanship. Please see the photos for details.
