Description
Vintage 1930s wool felt cap with an upturned brim and a swirl cut-out design on the crown that includes inset black netting. The front is adorned with a voluminous puff of silkie chicken feathers in mixed beige and white tones. In good overall condition. Previously part of a collection that rented to the entertainment industry. Restoration may have done but with period materials and skilled workmanship. Please see the photos for details.
