Description
Featuring a small fine black straw bonnet with a sophisticated combination of lavender and silver silk with a subtle color-changing effect. This material is overlaid with black Chantilly lace on the front brim and a patterned tulle overlay on the bow and banding. A black ostrich plume sits at the crown, complemented by black velvet ribbon, Chantilly lace trim, and long black velvet ties. In fair condition with wear to the straw at the crown. Previously part of a collection that rented to the entertainment industry. Restoration may have done but with period materials and skilled workmanship. Please see the photos for details.
