Description
Antique black plush hat characterized by a medium wide brim that turns up in the back. Decorated with cream and brown bird of paradise plume and a black bird of paradise plume. Features a wide black satin ribbon with a woven stripe detail. In good condition with some loss of fibers on the top of the hat and inside lining is slightly loose. Previously part of a collection that rented to the entertainment industry. Restoration may have done but with period materials and skilled workmanship. Please see the photos for details.
