Description
Antique silk Jenny Lind style folding fan featuring masterfully executed silk hand-embroidered panels of birds, insects, and floral motifs which are unique on either side. The guards are adorned with silver tone and gold tone accented metal repousse work, and the sticks feature delicate filigree work at their bases. Each stick has its own 2 sided panel. It is in good/fair condition with slight toning, spots, very slight fading, discoloration and a few loose threads. Measures 18 1/2 in x 10 in. Please see the photos for details. If you have any questions, please ask before bidding. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $15 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance.
