Description
Vintage c1920 Arrowhead Quilt measuring 77×79″, it is comprised of 16 blocks, 12×12″, set on point, 4 by 4, with solid green setting squares and triangles. There is a 1.5 inch white inner border and a 2 inch green outer border. It is hand and machine pieced, and hand quilted. There is thin cotton batting and an off white cotton reverse. The edge is finished with the back brought to the front and applied by machine. It is in good condition with several small spots, moisture marks in 2 corners, and edge wear on 2 inches of binding. Along with a c1940 Boston Commons Quilt, 65×79″. A multitudinous quilt comprised of 1″ on point squares. It is hand pieced and had quilted. This cotton batting and a solid yellow reverse. The edge is finished with the back brought to the front. In good condition with a few spots. Quilt cntains many feedsack prints. Collected in Spring, Texas.
