Description
Black Velvet on Net Fabric 2.25 yds by 48″ wide. Soft and silky with reflects light wonderfully. It is in excellent, unused condition. These textiles were formerly part of the Pilgrim Roy Collections. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $20 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance.
