Description
Vintage c1940 String Star Quilt measuring 62 by 79 inches. It is comprised of 20 blocks, 15 by 15 inches, set straight, 4 by 5. It is hand and machine pieced and primitively hand quilted. Off white cotton reverse and thick cotton batting. The edge is finished with the back brought to the front and applied by hand. It is in fair condition with fading and spots. A very busy and scrappy quilt with not only the star units being pieced but also many of the setting squares. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $35 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy.
