Description
Antique c1890 Hexagon Mosaic Quilt measuring 66 by 86 inches. Comprised of 2 inch hexagons in a variety of shirting prints, claret, Garibaldi red, indigo, browns, and more, with a 5 inch brown print border. It is hand pieced and hand quilted. There is a medium loft cotton batting and a pieced reverse. The edge is finished with the front brought to the back, applied by hand. It is in fair condition with a couple of fabrics deteriorating, and small spots. Not quite a charm quilt, but very close! Can you spot the repeated fabric? In house Flat Rate Shipping of $30 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy.
