Description
Antique c1880 Rockinghams Beauty Variation Quilt measuring 77 by 87 inches. It is comprised of 72 blocks, about 8 by 8 inches, set straight, 8 by 9, with beige setting diamonds, a fugitive green setting triangles, and 2.5 inch brown outer border with beige cornerstones. It is hand pieced and hand quilted. Medium loft cotton batting and an off white cotton reverse. The edge is finished with the front brought to the back and applied by hand. It is in good condition with a few small spots, and I believe that some of the medium tone beige fabrics were at one time green and have now gone fugitive. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $30 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy.
