Description
Antique c1880 Georgetown Circle Variation Quilt measuring 69 by 87 inches. It is comprised of 12 blocks, 19.5 by 19.5 inches, set straight, 3 by 4, with a 4 inch pieced border comprised of partial stars. This unique wheel or star pattern has 7 points as opposed to 6 or 8. In addition there is a 6 pointed brown star appliquéd in each block corner. It is hand pieced, hand appliquéd, and hand quilted. There is thin cotton batting and a white cotton reverse. The edge is finished with and applied brown bias binding. It is in fair condition with fading, toning, and small spots. There is a sleeve on the reverse for hanging. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $30 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy.
