Description
Antique c1900 Oak Leaf and Reel Quilt most likely from PA, based on the color palette. It measures 78 by 78 inches. It is comprised of 9 blocks, 17.5 by 17.5 inches, set straight, 3 by 3. There is a 1/2 inch chrome print sashing and inner border, 1/2 inch double blue border, and an 11 inch double pink outer border. It is machine pieced, hand appliquéd, and hand quilted. There is thin cotton batting and a pale pink solid reverse. The edge is finished knife edge style, by machine. It is in good condition with a few small spots. Wonderful workmanship in the appliqué and quilting. There is a sleeve along the top edge on the reverse for hanging. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $30 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy.
