9 Patch Bars Quilt by Bobbie Aug and machine quilted by Sandi Freuhling, 1998, and measures 81×94″, There is a sleeve for hanging attached to the back along the top of the quilt, and signed by Bobby Aug with the information on the quilt. It is in very good condition. This quilt can be seen on page 33 of “Vertical Quilts with Style” co-authored by Bobby Aug. From the Estate of Bobbie Aug. Bobbie Aug was a well known and regarded quilt historian, author, appraiser, and quilter for over a half a century. She was also an antique quilt dealer, quilt store co-owner and judge. Most notable is her work on the American Quilter’s Society Quilt Appraiser Certification Committee and her early involvement in the Professional Association of Appraisers-Quilted Textiles.
