Description
Antique c1850 9 Patch Quilt believed to be from New England or Connecticut with the Bed Post Corners. It measures 89 by 89 inches. It is comprised of 47 9 patch blocks, 8.5 by 8.5 inches, set straight, 7 by 7, with 3 inch red cherry print sashing and borders. It is hand pieced and hand quilted. There is thin cotton batting and a white cotton reverse. The edge is finished with the cherry print applied binding, by hand it is in good condition with a few small spots. Great fabrics including Prussian blue, early pinks, early purple, and chintz. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $30 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance.
