Description
Antique c1880 Tile Block Crib Quilt – Bars Back from PA, measures 38 by 42 inches. It is comprised of 9 blocks, 8.5 by 8.5 inches, set straight, 3 by 3. There is a 2.25 inch chrome yellow print sashing and 4.25 inch border. It is hand and machine pieced, and hand quilted. There is thin cotton batting and a pink and green print bars back reverse. The edge is finished with the front brought to the back and applied by hand. It is in good condition with just a few small spots. From the estate of Sharon Stark, noted Pennsylvania textile dealer and award winning author. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $20 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance.
