Antique Brown Velvet Arts and Crafts Valance or Pelmet, measuring 21×72″. Flowers and leaves appear to be stenciled and painted with yellow frame with thick piping outlining the motifs. Additional piping embellish the edges. . It is backed in an ivory cotton sateen. In fair condition with wear along the top, and water stains and other discolorations on the back.
